Which devices will DocMate be available on?

DocMate will be fully supported on both iOS and Android devices at launch, with a web app set to launch shortly after.

Is patient data secure on DocMate?

DocMate operates strictly on a zero-PID (Patient Identifiable Data) policy. The app is built specifically to log your competencies, procedures, and FPC mapping without ever recording or requiring sensitive patient information.

Will this replace my Horus ePortfolio?

DocMate is designed to be your rapid, easily accessible portfolio tracker, not a Horus replacement. It allows you to easily track your pending/completed entries and identify areas of improvement in your official portfolio.

How much will DocMate cost?

A limited free tier (maximum 10 entries) will be available, with Pro plans starting from £2.50 /month.

Account & Data Deletion

To request the permanent deletion of your DocMate account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@docmateapp.com directly from the email address registered to your DocMate account.

2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

3. Include your full name and a brief confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your data.

Please note: Deleting your account is irreversible. Once processed, all logged entries, portfolio mapping, and settings will be permanently removed from our active servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This process typically takes up to 7 business days.
