Who is DocMate for?

DocMate is built specifically for UK foundation doctors in FY1 and FY2 who want an easier way to keep their portfolio organised throughout the year and keep their ARCP progress in view.

Does DocMate replace or connect to my ePortfolio?

No. DocMate is a separate personal tracker that works alongside your official ePortfolio. It does not connect to it, write to it or ask for your ePortfolio login details.

Can I enter patient information into DocMate?

No. DocMate is designed around a strict no patient-identifiable information policy. Never enter names, NHS numbers, dates of birth or any other information that could identify a patient.

Is DocMate available on iPhone and Android?

Yes, DocMate is available on both iOS and Android. A web app is planned to launch in future.

How much does DocMate cost?

You can get started for free with your first 15 completed entries or ticked-off requirements. DocMate Pro unlocks unlimited use and additional features for £4.99 monthly, £11.99 every three months or £29.99 yearly. Cancel anytime.

Account & Data Deletion

To request the permanent deletion of your DocMate account and associated data:

1. Email info@docmateapp.com directly from the email address registered to your DocMate account

2. Use the subject "Account Deletion Request"

Confirm that you would like your DocMate account and associated data permanently deleted

Account deletion is irreversible. We will respond to your request without undue delay and normally within one month. Your account and associated personal data will be deleted, subject to any information we are legally required or permitted to retain. Please see Privacy Policy for further details.
